Skills and services

JB services is a skilled and experienced small electrical contractor with the ability to install everything from a small repair to a full rewire. Whether for solar panels and batteries, an electric car, a modern home, a historic house, an office, shop or an industrial unit, we can install it, fix it, or upgrade it.  We work to the highest standards and take pride in doing a great job to create long-lasting, safe and effective electrical installations in the West Midlands and beyond.

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and we never try to sell products or services that aren’t needed. If something is old but still safe, we will say so. If it needs a little TLC to make it safe, we’ll do that. If a rewire is needed, we will give you an honest assessment and do a careful, thorough job.

We also undertake general electrotechnical maintenance services on a call-out or regular basis. We are proud to be part of the regular maintenance team at Birmingham Friends of the Earth and Warehouse Cafe, supporting the work of this vital environmental charity.

We maintain strong links with partners that allow access to wider skills for our clients, including metal fabrication, events staging, music and PA systems, solar power systems and even 3D printing.
